RAE performed the detailed engineering design for this greenfield 115kV five breaker ring bus switchyard to National Grid standards and specifications. All aspects of the detailed engineering design and calculations for this project were the responsibility of RAE and were reviewed thoroughly by National Grid. This switchyard intercepted two existing 115kV lines and created a line terminal to be the point of interconnection for the Arkwright Wind Farm.
